Ordering and Payment
We are a small friendly company that believes in a caring personal service.
For this reason we ask that you send us an e-mail or call us to place your order. We will then check that we have your chosen items and pattern in stock, answer any questions you may have, and confirm the total price and delivery details.
If you are reasonably nearby we will deliver to you, otherwise everything will be carefully packed and sent by Parcelforce. If you wish to send any item as a present, we can gift-wrap and include a card with your personal message. Everything is beautifully wrapped in fuscia pink tissue with blue ribbon unless otherwise requested.
We accept payment by cheque, debit or credit card (via PayPal only) and details will be confirmed at time of order.
